Meet Aruna, the visionary behind Bakease – a home bakers’ and hobby bakers’ range of easy-to-use quality ingredients/ raw materials for quality, precise, and effortless baking. Aruna’s journey into entrepreneurship was fuelled by her deep passion for baking, which inspired her to embark on the adventure of creating her own venture.

Despite facing numerous challenges along the way, Aruna’s determination and resilience never wavered. One of her biggest hurdles was in manpower management especially during Covid, but she tackled it head-on by building strong relationships with her team and addressing the root causes of any issues faced by her staff and counselled them to understand their problems better. Through diligent training and encouragement, she empowered her women staff to take on leadership roles and excel in their responsibilities, ultimately fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Aruna’s inspiring story is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her craft and her unwavering dedication to her team. By prioritising employee satisfaction and investing in their growth and development, she has not only overcome challenges but also built a thriving and successful business.
